Welcome 🙂 This project was inspired by the different themes in my favorite escape room games. I especially love desserts, so I approached it by interpreting the objects in the games as desserts. For example, it was fun to connect doors, windows, furniture, etc. with desserts like chocolate or cake.
The most important thing for me in this process was to explore how seemingly normal objects can have a completely different meaning when viewed from a new perspective. By interpreting the objects in the game as characters, I tried to develop an eye for seeing everyday objects differently.
As I worked on the project, I sometimes wondered if I was too subjective. I wasn’t sure if other people would see what I saw in the same way, but I found it very rewarding to create something new through these personal interpretations. First of all, it was interesting to try to see different objects as desserts, and it made me realize how important it is to think creatively. In fact, at first, I didn’t know how to connect the objects to the desserts, but as I observed more and more objects, I started to notice the shape or color of the desserts in them, which became more and more exciting.
Overall, this experience made me realize that everything around me can be art in some way, and this insight is an important perspective that I hope to continue to take with me when designing in the future. The knowledge and experience I gained from this project will be very helpful in my future design work.

Hello, I am a student majoring in Computational and Data Sciences at George Mason University. I have an interest in typography. The idea for this book started when I was playing my favorite escape game and noticed some cool typographic elements. I had fun imagining different objects in the game as desserts and transforming them. This process made me realize how everyday things can be seen as art. This hobby has inspired my project a lot. Through this book, I want to share with you all how to find special beauty in ordinary things.
