Wander Type Project

Civilization 6

This project is about my favorite game. When I first started playing it, it was difficult and
complicated, but as I spent more time playing and got used to it, I found it really enjoyable.
Once I start, I can play for hours without realizing it. It’s fun to play alone, but it’s even
more fun with others, especially friends, which makes me want to play it again and again.
When I began this project, I thought Civilization VI would be the perfect game for it.
Typography has developed alongside the evolution of written language, and being able to
explore the development of civilization through Civilization VI felt like a perfect match.
When I first started this project, I thought I would be able to find all the samples quickly.
But reality was different. The first few typography samples I had in mind were easy to find,
but some of the characters were extremely difficult to locate. After investing a lot of time
and searching through most of the game, I managed to gather all the samples. Of course,
some were a bit of a stretch, but it was worth it. It was much harder than I expected, but it
was a rewarding time to learn more about Civilization VI and typography. This experience
was vastly different from just playing the game for fun, and it showed me how much effort
developers and designers put into the game.
